Terms of Service

Very Important!!!By purchasing any service or product belonging to Hiemu Keigno and/or Coucou Renard, you explicitly agree without exception to the following terms and conditions, including their respective updates.

1. Acceptance of Commissions:
a) I reserve the right to accept or reject any commission.
b) Commissions are prioritised in the order they are received.
c) I will only accept commissions with a visual reference; links from unknown or suspicious websites will be ignored.
d) Make an order for each type of commission and per character, never together
e) Before ordering anything, first DM me [Ko-Fi Chat, Discord, Telegram or Email]

2. Payment and Delivery:
a) Payment must be made before the commission process begins.
b) A detailed quote will be provided before any work commences.
c) I only accept PayPal on Ko-Fi as a form of payment.
d) All prices are in British Pound [GBP].
e) For Minecraft skins, extra characters count as minor variations of the same character. Completely different characters are charged at full price.
f) Urgent commissions require an additional 50% of the total commission value. [This is free for Keigno+ members] [Read Kiegno+ section for more information about the benefit]
g) Tips are appreciated but not mandatory.
h) Upon completion, the commission will be delivered to the client as follows:Custom Minecraft Skins:
- The requested in-game files.
- The blister(s) with their respective serial number, personalised based on the client's provided character.
- A printable at-home craft for each variant.
- A manual on how to craft the item featured in the aforementioned printable.Other Commission Types:
- The art commission will be delivered, depending on the type, as one or more images in the highest possible resolution in PNG and/or GIF format if animation is included.
- And/or a transparent background version if full bodies or emotes.

3. Changes and Refunds:
a) Reasonable changes are allowed during the sketching/colouring phase.
b) Last-minute changes will not be accepted.
c) A full refund is guaranteed if the commission cannot be completed due to any external reason on my part.

4. Rights and Usage:
a) I retain all copyright and commercial rights to the created art. [Except for adoptables]
b) The client has the right to use the commission for personal use only.
c) Any commercial use of the commission will require an additional agreement and fee.
d) I reserve the right to publish your commission on my social media. You can request it to remain private for a 50% price increase.
d) You're not allowed to feed my art into AI generators.
e) You're not allowed to use or mint my art as NFTs

5. Privacy:
a) All data provided for commission purposes will be kept strictly confidential.
b) Commission details will not be shared with third parties without the client's express consent.

6. Warranty:
a) All commissions come with a completely free warranty, which is activated on the day of delivery with coverage for 6 months from said day.
b) The warranty covers incidents or quality defects such as errors, bugs, missing details regarding the client's OC design, or rejection of the file in the game in the case of Minecraft Skins.
c) For Keigno+ members, this warranty covers 1 year and includes any changes the client desires as long as it remains the same OC.

7. Keigno+ [Memberships]:a) By purchasing the membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.
b) The personalised card will be under your Ko-Fi account name, and changes will only be made if your account name changes.
c) You are strictly prohibited from sharing any of the exclusive content from Keigno+ with anyone.
d) The monthly Hiemuji consists of a non-animated emote of the character you desire, doing what you wish as long as it adheres to the “Do’s n’ Don’t’s”, and it is delivered between 5 and 7 days before the end of your membership.
e) The Priority+ benefit is available for one commission per month; any subsequent commissions will cost an extra 50% on the final commission price.
f) The monthly raffles are only for members with an active membership for that month. The draw will take place in the following month, and the raffle is themed, meaning you cannot request any changes or the cash equivalent of the prize.

Privacy Policy:- All personal data provided will be treated confidentially and used solely for commission-related purposes.
- Data will not be shared with third parties and will be stored in accordance with current data protection laws.

Commercial Rights and Copyright:- All logos, characters, and designs created on this page are protected by copyright and commercial rights belonging to “Coucou Renard”.
- Unauthorized use of any material created for profit is prohibited without express consent.

Sale of Designs and Assignment of Rights:- Designs of characters called "adoptables" are sold with limited rights for personal use. [Like any other fursona/OC]
- The sale of "adoptable" designs does not grant the buyer exclusive rights to the design.
- The complete assignment of design rights can be negotiated for an additional agreement and fee.
